• After confirmation of orders, when I can receive the products?

   After confirmed order and received full payment via Papal, Visa Card, Master Card or by Bank Transfer, will        take 5 to 10 business days to deliver products to your selected SF Station,7-Eleven or Circle K

   When products arrived your selected place, you will get a SMS from SF Express to advise you to collect your     item accordingly.

• If I am not satisfied with the purchase of goods can be returned?

  Under normal circumstances (i.e. product defects or damaged), we accept in 7 days return after

  the settlement of goods.  But will not be accepted for any return or refund due to personal factors caused.

 

  Remark: Buyers need to return back products for our inspection.  The shipping cost of return items should

                 be responsible by buyers.
